1. All members shall be entitled to attend and participate in deliberation at the General Body Meeting of the association and received copies of all reports of the association.
2. All members except honorary members shall have the right to vote at general body meetings.
3. All members except honorary members shall have the right to hold office of the association.
4. All members shall be entitled to be invited to participate in all official functions of the association.
5. All members shall be entitled to any other facilities as may be provided by the association from time to time, as decided in general body meeting.
