🌟 Rules and Regulations for member of Alumni Association
Mission

1. Doctor who had passed out from Burdwan Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital & have a valid registration certificate, is eligible for being a member of Alumni Association of Burdwan Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital.

2. Doctor from outside Burdwan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, are not eligible for becoming a member of our association.

3. Doctor must fill membership form online which is available in our website: www.alumnibhmch.co.in During form fill up please put you registration number, name, photo, year of admission, year of passing, address. Contact number, place of work etc. as mentioned in membership form.

4. Every member should give yearly membership fees through online which is decided by the Alumni Committee of Burdwan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, for session 2025 & 2026 as following: -
A. Govt.body, Advisory & Executive Members: Rs.500 /- yearly (Valid till 31.12.2026)
B. General Member………………………………………: Rs.200/- yearly (Valid till 31.12.2026)

5. From 2027 every member should be renewed his / her membership yearly (January to December) through only our website: www.alumnibhmch.co.in by specific renewal fees which will be decided by alumni committee, otherwise his/her membership will be cancelled.

6. Membership ship fees may change yearly according to decisions of Alumni Committee.

7. After payment of any membership fees, it is non-refundable, you can’t demand your membership fees for refund or even you can’t appeal anywhere for refund.

8. After payment of membership fees online, you will receive money receipt instantly along with a permanent membership id & please keep this receipt carefully for future reference. You can also download your membership certificate through login your account. Member can login his/her account either by council registration number or by permanent membership id.

9. Any person other than passed out doctor from Burdwan Homoeopathic Medical College Hospital, if pay the membership fees by mistake or any means, the membership will be cancelled & money will not refund.

10. For Reunion in every year, member should pay his / her delegation fees online through only our website: www.alumnibhmch.co.in

11. Any unfair activity of any member, Alumni committee may cancel his/her membership any time without any prior notice & money will not refund & in this case, he/she may contact through our email only: alumni1722bhmch@gmail.com

12. For any difficulties/problems, any member may contact through our email only: alumni1722bhmch@gmail.com

13. Please follow our website www.alumnibhmch.co.in regularly where all notification will be given time to time.
